    Role of Developer
 		  
  Developers or development partners will actively participate in the development process including:
  • Developing a master plan for the site and conducting the developer's own feasibility studies providing equity and arranging financing for the project, In addition to ensuring that the master plan is properly executed (time, budget, and quality).
     
  • Marketing and selling the development project locally, regionally and internationally.
     
  • Participating in operational management and continuous maintenance and renovation of the project facilities.
